Class Descriptions 
Ashtanga/Vinyasa Yoga - is a fast or moderate paced class. Strength
and flexibility with a vigorous and powerful flow sequence of postures
designed by Sri. Pattabhi Jois traditional Primary Series of inversions
and head/hand stand. Experienced practitioners are welcome, modifications
are given to less experienced.

Basic Yoga/Beginning Yoga - is a fun paced class. Build strength and
flexibility with a flowing sequence of postures designed to connect your
breath to movement and body and mind. All levels are welcome, modifications
are given to new yogis and challenging options to more seasoned practitioners.

Slow Flow Yoga - is geared directly toward the specific needs of beginning
women, women typically have tighter hips, hamstrings and shoulders. This
class will focus on bringing awareness and opening to these areas of
the body, through the Vinyasa System of linking breath and movement.
Beginners are welcome and those who want a gentle moving class and plus
size women.

Morning Light - Early morning yoga, stretching and practicing quietness. We can't control what happens to us but we can control how we "react". Learn how to meditate on your breath and bring balance & beauty back to your mind and body. All levels welcome! Bring yoga mat and a blanket to sit on and a journal if you like.

Pre-Natal Yoga - is a safe gentle stretch appropriate for pregnant women
and new mothers. This class will help new moms to prepare for a relaxed
labor and birth. All trimesters are welcome. Need doctor’s approval before
attending class.

Spa Retreat Yoga - treat yourself to more than just yoga....This class
is a gentle flow of yoga poses designed to release stress and tension.
You will receive at the end of class Thai Yoga Bodyworks by the instructor
to get a deeper release of stretch and create a calm body. All levels
are welcome. A class is offered for Multiple Sclerosis practitioners
as well as to those with specific health problems see class schedule.

Therapy Yoga - is a class tailored to your specific
health and wellness. The possibilities are endless. This class features
gentle and restorative poses. Beginner’s level and specific health issues
i.e. Parkinson’s Disease/Multiple Sclerosis/Stroke/Cancer/Cardiac and
others are welcomed.
