Workshops Yoga

Workshops/Events Policy: Pre-registration and pre-payment is required. Please register early as space is limited. For more information about any of our workshops or events, pick up a flyer at the studio or call us at 218.766.9262. Reservations guaranteed only upon full payment.

Cancellation Policy: Full payment reserves your space. All workshops are non-transferrable and non-refundable. If you cancel more than 48 hours prior to the beginning of the workshop, your payment is transferred to a studio credit that you can use for any studio product or service. Studio credits have no expiration date. If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to the beginning of the workshop, you forfeit your payment.

 

ASSORTED WORKSHOPS  Yoga

THAI YOGA MASSAGE

Give each other a gift that you can continue giving throughout the year. In this workshop learn how to stretch, release tension and encourage relaxation with Thai yoga massage. No experience necessary. Please bring a pillow and blanket, and a yoga mat if you have one. Cost is per couple.
