All classes in the OM Yoga studio are semi-private, with fewer than
5 students per class, AT NO EXTRA CHARGE!

A few things to make the most out of your practice.
- Take your shoes off before you come in.
- Turn cell phone off.
- Arrive few minutes early to settle in.
- Wear clothes that are comfortable to move in.
- Don’t eat within 2 hrs before class.
- If sensitive to oils or incense let instructor know.
- Bring your yoga mat, block. strap, eye pillows, and blanket.
